- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of March 2024.
The Customer Experience team focus on managing contact from customers regarding a range of queries in a busy contact centre environment.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing enquiries from customers via a number of channels
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customer contracts
- Tailoring each contact to each specific customer
- Advising customers of the options available to them
- Ensuring customers are contacted within agreed SLA
- Managing customer expectations, ensuring they are met
- Liaising with other teams internally
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a busy customer focused role
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
