- Accounts Payable Assistant - £27,000-£30,000 HYBRID 2 DAYS PER WEEK
Temporary - 6 months with the possibility of an extension
Kenneth Brian are excited to announce we are recruiting for a brand new role as an Accounts Payable Assistant, on behalf of an industry leading company based in Kingston. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has previous experience and thrives in a fast pace environment. This role is a brand new role due to continuous success of the business.
This is a hybrid role so you will need to be able to commute into Kingston.
Main Responsibilities:- Coding and sending invoices for approval and dealing with any queries
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Manage all inbox queries and escalate where necessary
- Month end journal postings
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Generate invoices
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Ideally you will have 2 years recent experience working in Accounts Payable/Invoicing
- Live locally to Kingston
- Great communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
