- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services company, based in London W1, near Tottenham Court Road. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Administrator with relevant industry experience to join their team.
This is an important role, involving a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring high levels of support to the team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Placing orders for materials, sourcing best prices
- Monitoring and managing the procurement process
- Monitoring hired equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Maintaining job paperwork
- Obtaining necessary documentation
- Tracking the job lifecycle
- Liaising with engineers and clients
- Providing regular reports to management
- Scheduling meetings and appointment for the team
- Monitoring team calendars
- Planning and scheduling surveys, engineers and projects
- Ensuring efficient allocation of resources
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous administration experience within the construction industry
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- IT literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
