- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a rarely available Learning & Development Administrator role, for a company based in Epsom, who are looking for someone who is keen to begin a career within Learning & Development.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, and sitting within the wider Human Resources team, this will be hybrid (once trained) role, and will involve:
- Scheduling internal/external training events
- Ensuring that invoices are paid on time
- Issuing and monitoring online learning
- Assisting with the production and design of learning materials
- Maintaining L&D systems
- Checking the L&D inbox and handling general queries
- Assisting with the production of reports
- Liaising with and maintaining relationships with suppliers and third parties
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- A genuine interest and desire to start a career in Learning & Development
- Some office experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to use your initiative
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
