- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for someone with previous mortgage administration experience, to join a successful organisation based in Epsom.
Providing support to a small team, this role would suit someone who can work independently and on their own initiative.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Supporting managers with the administration of often complex mortgages
- Letter writing, phone calls and emails
- Updating data
- Researching and preparing management information reports
- Providing statistical information to managers
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and records
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English
- Recent mortgage administration experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to write professional business letters and emails, and liaise with customers on the phone
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
