- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic client based in the Epsom area, who have a rarely available opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.
This is a busy and varied role, providing administrative support to a team, with responsibilities including:
- Completing administrative tasks in an accurately and timely manner
- Processing and tracking documents
- Ensuring that customers return correctly completed documents
- Activating agreements within defined timescales
- Submitting financial checks
- Liaising with third parties to obtain invoices
- Managing the team inbox and responding where appropriate
- Dealing with day to day post
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working hours are 37.5 per week, with hybrid working options (two days in the office, three from home).
