Temporary Administrator - Temp ***HYBRID WORKING*** Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity based in Kingston, who are looking for an HR Administrator to deal with all aspects of HR administration. This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, if you are eager to secure a position within Human Resources. They offer hybrid working and flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Admin support to HR Advisory team (letter writing, note taking, organising one drive files, updating templates)
- Organise templates, and online folders ensure everything is organised
- Diary appointments and booking of meeting rooms
- Sending confirmations
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Admin support to Head of department (booking meetings and creating spreadsheets of data)
- Updating casework logs
- Admin support to Business Head (collecting info, updating spreadsheets etc, producing mail merges)
- Following up on Occupational Health reports
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Strong administration skills
- Professional manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
- HR Advice would be an advantage but not necessary.
