- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Epsom based organisation, who are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join their team.
Working as part of a busy team, the role will involve providing a first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and live chat. You will ensure that a high quality standard of customer service is provided at all times, putting the customer first and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service provided.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering a range of queries from customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Ensuring that enquiries are dealt with and resolved within agreed timeframes
- Refer customers where necessary to other teams
- Assisting with management of all digital enquiries
- Responding to customer feedback
- Maintaining up to date records
- Assisting with specific projects
- Administrative duties
- Producing reports
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience of handling confidential matters
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
