Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of an industry leading organisation based in the Chessington area. My client, work in the amusements sector and they are looking for someone who is happy to fulfil a hybrid role, 50% purchasing and stock control and 50% technical support.
- Ordering of stock, supplies and equipment and follow up on shipments and delivery dates
- Take ownership of the intake and booking of incoming stock
- Update the stock management system with PO details
- Update the CRM system
- Technical Support involves - answer, screen and transfer calls
- Respond to customer queries regarding warranty claims
- Process of technical orders
- 1 years experience in an admin role, ideally experience dealing with stock
- Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel
- SAGE experience would be preferred but not essential
- Must live locally to Chessington
