Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a leading business in the Financial Services sector based in Epsom. The postholder will be responsible for providing support to their financial advisors and covering a range of duties in administration, client service and technical support.
This will be ideal if you are either, a recent graduate looking to make that break into an office environment or perhaps a school leaver with a little bit of admin experience.
Duties Include:
- General administration and client servicing support as needed
- Working with the back office system - maintaining client files and details
- Gathering policy information, valuations in a timely business process
- New business processing and submissions to business quality
- Active role in the client annual review process
You will possess the following attributes:
- GCSE's C minimum in Maths and English
- Recent Graduate would be preferred but not essential
- Must be positive, friendly and approachable
- Able to use own initiative
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
