- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a prestigious employer based in Fetcham, who are looking for a Receptionist to provide a professional front of house service and to provide administrative support to clients.
Based in a fully serviced office, this role will involve being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, ensuring that an exceptional level of service is provided at all times.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to emails
- Handling post for clients
- Arranging meeting room bookings
- Recording building maintenance issues
- Organising couriers
- Booking catering for meetings
- Handling other ad-hoc client requests and requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in a front of house, hospitality or serviced office environment
- Friendly and welcoming with a confident and professional manner
- High levels of attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Confident user of MS Office
- Ability to respond to business emails appropriately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
