- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Officer for an employer based in central Epsom.
This is a new role within the organisation and will focus on strengthening customer engagement, and maximising the value and impact of customer involvement.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading on engagement activities, and in the promotion and production of marketing and advertising materials for engagement events
- Working with the Customer Experience Manager and operational teams to facilitate events
- Understanding customer feedback, providing training, making recommendations and providing information on key trends and themes to enable performance improvement
- Supporting compliance with equality and diversity legislation
- Develop current and new initiatives to encourage involvement
- Working with local groups and associations
- Report on progress made against plans
- Identifying, commissioning and managing projects
- Producing feedback to be posted on social media platforms
We are interested in hearing from candidates with the following:
- Experience of delivering community engagement, and a good understanding of the importance of positive customer experience
- Knowledge and understanding of community engagement techniques
- Ability to process and analyse complex data
- Strong track record of customer engagement
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
