- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established employer based in Epsom, who have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator with experience of or an interest in the Financial Services sector to join their team.
Working within a busy team, the responsibilities of this role will include:
- Inputting loan applications
- Liaising with customers and brokers to obtain any missing information
- Ensuring that documents and reports are processed correctly in preparation for underwriting
- Dealing with incoming post, for example acknowledging offers
- Carrying out land registry and credit checks
- Despatching mortgage offers and solicitors’ instructions
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries from customers, intermediaries and solicitors
- Liaising with internal departments
- Administration of mortgage offers following underwriting
- Administration of any post contract variations
- Issuing documentation to customers
- Updating internal systems
Financial Services experience would be an advantage, but is no means essential, as candidates with an interest in the sector along with strong administrative skills will also be considered. Key skills required include:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Accurate and efficient
- Flexible with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
- Strong team working abilities
