- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established Financial Services provider in the Epsom area, who are expanding their team.
The role is varied and interesting, with specific responsibilities include:- Responding to calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, to manage and maintain customer accounts
- Responding to emails accurately and concisely
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction with every contact
- Maintaining customer records
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
- Previous experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
