- Kenneth Brian Associates are supporting our Epsom based client with recruitment for a Customer Services Officer to join their Repairs team.
This is a busy role, and will focus on scheduling repairs jobs for customers, ensuring that an excellent standard of service is provided.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer queries, complaints and requests
- Scheduling appointments for operatives within agreed timescales
- Sending appointment reminders and customer satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with customers regarding repairs issues
- Escalating issues as required
- Handling calls from operatives and resolving queries
- Scheduling follow on appointments and ordering parts where required
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- GCSE level (or equivalent) education with passes at grade C or above
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
This is a full time, permanent role, with a salary of up to £28,404 plus benefits including 25 days holiday and pension scheme. The company offer a great working environment, based in Epsom town centre, with onsite parking.
