- Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking a temporary Purchasing Administrator, on behalf of a long-established client based in Chessington.
The role will provide support to the Purchasing department, on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. Specific responsibilities will include:- Reviewing purchase orders
- Dealing with stock issues
- Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery dates and timescales
- Liaising with Sales team regarding availability of stock
- Maintaining accurate supplier records
- General administrative tasks
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- High level of attention to detail
