- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a Customer Service role for a prestigious employer in the Epsom area. This in an 18 month contract, and we are looking for candidates with previous experience, who are immediately available.
The focus of this role is to engage with customers within a contact centre environment, responding to a variety of enquiries. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Making amendments to customer details
- Handling queries regarding payments and contracts
- Identifying retention opportunities
- Resolving complaints where necessary, and escalating complex queries where necessary
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
- High levels of commitment to providing quality customer service
- IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
