Our client, a friendly and busy company based in Epsom, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role will focus on processing orders, handling after sales queries, and overall ensuring that customers receive an exceptional service.
Day to day, the responsibilities of the role will include:- Responding to customers via email and phone, resolving queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records on the system
- Liaising with suppliers to help resolve customer requests
- Providing product advice
- Arranging for spare parts to be sent out
- Booking engineer visits for customers where required
- Preparing delivery and service notes
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- High levels of attention to detail
- Confident, professional manner on the phone, and via written communication
- Good administrative skills with the ability to follow procedures
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems
- Team player with a reliable and hardworking approach
