- Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer, to join our Epsom based client on a temporary basis for a period of six months.
Working as part of a team, this role will involve providing high quality support to customers, via telephone, live chat, online and email. Queries will range from basic to more complex; the role will involve resolving where possible, or referring on to other departments where necessary.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need the following:
- Available to start immediately, and for a period of 6 months on a temporary basis
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to prioritise
- Confident IT skills
- High level of communication skills, both on the phone and written
- Experience of and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters
