- Do you have Customer Service and/or Administration experience? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity, within a local company who offer a great working environment? If this sounds like you, this could be the job you have been looking for!
Our client is a successful, well established company, based in Epsom, and they have a rarely available opportunity for someone to join their enthusiastic and dedicated team. The role will focus on providing high levels of service to customers, face to face, on the phone and via email.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and information about a range of exciting products
- Responding to telephone calls in a professional manner
- Meeting customers in person and providing a high level of customer service
- Providing quotations
- Corresponding with customers via email
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience
- Background in Customer Service/Sales/Administration
- Office based experience is preferable, but candidates from a retail background who can demonstrate a commitment to providing a consultative service to customers will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to write professional business emails
- Strong attention to detail
The company offer a great working environment, a competitive salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience, monthly bonus and paid overtime.
The role will involve working weekends on a rota basis (one in three), with a day off in lieu in the week or paid overtime.
