- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic new role for a very successful and well established company based in Epsom.
Joining an enthusiastic and dedicated team, this role will focus on providing high levels of service to customers, face to face, on the phone and via email.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and information about a range of exciting products
- Responding to telephone calls in a professional manner
- Meeting customers in person and providing a high level of customer service
- Providing quotations
- Corresponding with customers via email
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to providing a high level of service to customers
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to write professional business emails
- Strong attention to detail
The company offer a great working environment, a competitive salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience, monthly bonus and paid overtime.
The role will involve working weekends on a rota basis (one in three), with a day off in lieu in the week or paid overtime.
