Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services company, based in London W1, near Tottenham Court Road. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Administrator with relevant industry experience to join their team.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Handling calls regarding routine maintenance issues
- Liaising with contractors
- Dealing with enquiries via email
- Coordinating maintenance works
- Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs through to completion
- Preparing job sheets
- Allocating work to the maintenance team
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous Administration experience within the Construction industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- IT literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work to deadlines
