- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established organisation based in Epsom, who are seeking an Administrator to join their team for a period of 9 months, to cover maternity leave.
This is a busy and varied role, providing administrative support for a team who deal with the administration of mortgages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of mortgage administration.
- Producing management and board reports as necessary.
- Administration of mortgage arrears operations
- Administration of deceased customer accounts, Powers of Attorney and other third party authorities
- Administration of all centrally managed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc and other)
- Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter responses to customers as appropriate.
- Provide support to the Service Teams and Branch as required
- Liaise with external suppliers and maintain business relationships with third parties as required.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous Administration experience
- Experience of dealing with customers on the phone
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Calm and able to focus under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
You will need to be available immediately, and able to commit to the length of the contract.
