- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities for Financial Services organisations based in Redhill, who are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join their teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within the world of Financial Services, and to expand your Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities will include:- Handling inbound telephone calls from customers
- Dealing with a range of queries, giving information and providing resolution to problems
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Providing high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including Maths and English
- Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable, however candidates with Customer Service experience from Retail/Hospitality will be considered
- Exceptional communication skills, at all levels, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment
