- Kenneth Brian Associates are supporting our client, a Redhill based Financial Services organisation, with recruitment for a Customer Relations Specialist, to be responsible for handling a variety of complaints and disputes.
The role will involve assessing and investigating complaints, through to deciding the outcome and communicating to the customer.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Analysing complaints in a timely manner, assessing the risk of potential harm to customers and the business
- Investigating complaints thoroughly in conjunction with third parties
- Deciding the outcome of the complaint, taking into consideration all parts of the complaint, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Ensuring accurate record keeping on progress and outcome of each complaint
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
- Previous customer service experience, to include handling of complaints
- Financial services industry experience would be an advantage
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
