- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful Financial Services organisation based in Redhill, to recruit talented and ambitious individuals to join their Customer Service team on a temporary basis, initially for a period of 3 months (possibility of extension).
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience within the world of Financial Services, and to expand your Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound telephone calls from customers
- Dealing with a range of queries, giving information and providing resolution to problems
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Providing high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including Maths and English
- Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable, however candidates with Customer Service experience from Retail/Hospitality will be considered
- Exceptional communication skills, at all levels, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment
