Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a small but leading company based in Morden, who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
 
This is a part time role, and the company will consider either 3 full days, or every day 9.30am-2.30pm or similar.
 
The main responsibilities of the role are:
 
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Providing information about the company’s products
  • Taking payments
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
 
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
 
  • Previous Customer Service and/or Administration experience
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
