- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a small but leading company based in Morden, who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a part time role, and the company will consider either 3 full days, or every day 9.30am-2.30pm or similar.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing sales orders
- Providing information about the company’s products
- Taking payments
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous Customer Service and/or Administration experience
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
