- Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting new opportunity to recruit a Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a long-established company based in Epsom, for a period of 12 months.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to customers regarding servicing and repairs of equipment, and scheduling of Engineers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer assistance and support on the phone
- Logging calls and despatching Engineers
- Planning and scheduling of Engineers’ work
- Liaising with Engineers and customers
- Producing reports and other administrative tasks
This role would suit a college leaver, or someone with retail customer service experience who is looking to make a move into an office environment. You will need the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent in MS Office packages, with the ability to learn new systems
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Commitment to providing high level of service to customers at all times
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
This is a great opportunity to make your first move into an office based role, and there is the possibility that this role could become permanent after the end of the 12 months contract.
