- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with the UK office of a successful European business, who are seeking an Administrator to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already gained some Administrative experience, who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:- Setting up and processing new customer contracts
- Carrying out credit checks
- Creating paperwork for all new contracts
- Loading orders on to the system
- Invoicing/crediting
- Setting up Direct Debits
- Database maintenance
- Liaising with Sales team
- Responding to emails
- Scanning and filing documents
- GCSE (or equivalent) level education, including Maths and English at minimum grade C (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Team player with the ability to use your own initiative
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
