- Description
- Kenneth Brian associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading local company for a Sales Administrator. The main focus of the role would be to process sales orders on behalf of customers, ensuring orders are delivered in time by liaising with distributors and factories.
Duties:
- Process purchase orders and sales orders from customers or distributors
- Following orders from start to finish, until goods are received. This involves confirming delivery dates, shipment handling, invoicing and problem solving.
- Create issue and manage price lists
- Collate monthly sales reports and data
- Using SAGE and Excel regularly
- Checking stock availability and keeping customers up to take with any stock delays
- Dealing with issues and resolving quickly and promptly
- Develop a good product knowledge
Experience required:
- Experience working in a sales order processing environment is essential, handling sales orders from start to finish
- Excellent customer service skills are essential, with the ability to handle issues quickly
- Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Good IT skills
- Must live locally to Chessington
