- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a Financial Services provider based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Quality Executive to join their team for a period of 12 months, to cover maternity leave.
The role will involve:
- Carrying out checks on work completed by the Customer Service team
- Ensuring appropriate standards are met
- Investigating customer complaints and drafting responses
- Responding to negative feedback and assisting the Customer Service team with responses to emails and messages
- Assisting in the monitoring of call queues, volumes and response times
- Listening in to calls and providing constructive advice to ensure a high qualify of calls at all times
- Understanding the issues surrounding vulnerable customers, and ensuring that calls are appropriately handled
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
- Experience within quality assurance/control within the Financial Services sector
- Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers
- Customer focused, with the ability to ensure that complaints are handled appropriately
- Ability to provide constructive advice to team members
