- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an expanding Insurance company, who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:
- Responding to customer enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Carrying out mid-term adjustments, and dealing with renewals and cancellations
- Keeping accurate records of customers’ information
- Handling customer complaints
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) level, including Maths and English at grade C or above
- Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive and enthusiastic manner
