Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established business based in Leatherhead to hire a Logistics & Finance Administrator. This role will suit someone who has previous Logistics experience, but with an interest in Finance, as AAT study support is provided.
 
This is a very varied role, with responsibilities across a range of disciplines, including:
 
Logistics:

  • Record Customs and Excise Entry Advices on centralised order spreadsheet
  • Check commodity codes on Entry advice are correct and report any anomalies to the Finance Manager & Office & Distributions Manager
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments on Fridays in absence of Office and Distribution Manager
  • Support Office and distribution Manager with incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Liaise with Sales Team and Customers over incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and transport services over incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Organise and file paperwork for sales order shipments.

 
Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Maintain supplier price lists and customer records on CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Perform receptionist duties as and when required: greet visitors, and answer /re-direct phone calls.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail

 
Finance:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit Control
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Support the Finance manager in annual preparation of Audit schedules.

 
Sales Administration:

  • Scan sales order documents to digital sales order files and order documents
  • Upkeep audit of sales order documents and chase any necessary documentation.
  • Raise sales orders and invoices in absence of the Office and Distribution Manager
  • Assist with monthly inventory stock check.
