- Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fast growing organisation in Guildford, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide a high level of service to their customers.
This is a varied and busy role, with responsibilities including:
- Handling queries from customers via telephone and email in a professional manner
- Handling complaints and issues ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Processing customer orders, payments, refunds and returns
- Maintaining accurate records of every customer interaction
- Identifying cross selling opportunities
- Producing monthly reports
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous telephone based customer service experience
- Confident and concise telephone manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to write professional emails
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to prioritise and organise your time
