- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established client in the Chessington area, who are seeking a confident, motivated self-starter with experience in Customer Service and/or Administration.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and lively team, where your responsibilities will include:- Responding to phone calls and emails from customers, who are businesses within a specific sector, and mainly repeat customers who you will build relationships with
- Processing incoming sales orders in an accurate and efficient manner
- Handling queries about a range of subjects from product information to delivery times
- Providing administrative support to the external Sales team
- Working on specific projects as required
To be considered for this role, you will need:- Previous experience of responding to telephone calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Confident manner with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail
- Live within commutable distance of Chessington
