Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation based in the Mitcham area who are looking to on-board an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their well established and successful site.

As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be involved in providing financial support to the organisation. You will take ownership in handling company costs and expenses including processing invoices and issuing payments.

Key Duties

  • Processing all supplier invoices
  • Ensuring all invoices are approved and processed with accuracy
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Matching invoices to PO's
  • Remit payments, retaining receipts of transactions
  • Reconcile transactions and correct any discrepancies

Person specification

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exposure to ERP systems -
- Good understanding of Excel skills
