- Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an industry leading organisation based within the Epsom area. Their Sales team is forever expanding and as a result they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
The role of Sales Administrator will involve supporting the team by completing administrative tasks.
Duties will include:
- Managing the sales inbox and allocating emails to appropriate people within the sales team and wider business
- Answering inbound calls and ensuring these are dealt with in an efficient way
- Providing quotes to potential clients received via email or via inbound calls and chasing these quotes to convert to orders
- Processing clients’ orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Checking data accuracy in orders
- Raising and sending out invoices
- Maintaining customer records
Working Hours:- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
In order to be considered, you will have:- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially in-depth knowledge of Excel
- Experience of using a stock order system
- Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a great team player whilst being able to work independently
- Have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Be quick thinking and take initiative to solve any challenges that come your way
- Be prepared to learn internal software programme
- Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach
