- Kenneth Brian have recently partnered with a local supplier based in the Epsom area. They are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate experience in office administrative duties, including writing correspondence, using computerised office systems, checking work for errors, producing statistics (reports) and dealing with customers. You will also have the ability to communicate professionally and work as part of a team in a helpful and co-operative manner. Their ethos is to deliver exceptional service in a high-end, welcoming environment, whilst delivering world-class customer service. They are now looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to join them as a full-time member of the Admin and Reception Team.
They are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and who has a can-do attitude with focus on what can be done to overcome limitations when dealing with customers and enquiries.
Duties will include:- Financial administration – raising purchase orders, approval of invoice payments, creating new vendors and chasing up finance on behalf of suppliers
- Ordering of PC/Laptop/Mobile phones when required
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering replacement stock as necessary
- Organising meetings, calls & conference calls
- Arranging room bookings, refreshments, audio-visual etc. when required
- Produce & collate high quality documents & presentations
- Conference & workshop management – providing support on the organisation of venues & logistics, delegate communication, on-site support where required
- Providing cover for the Executive Assistant in times of absence
