- Kenneth Brian Associates are proudly working exclusively with a growing and hugely successful business based in Mitcham.
Our client are URGENTLY looking to hire an Accountant/Bookkeeper to support the Managing Director on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Day to day Sage including reconciling
- Aged Debtors and Creditors list weekly
- Chasing invoices and amounts due and overdue
- Statements to customers every Friday chasing monies that are due
- Monthly management accounts
- Monthly Profit & Loss
- Weekly Pay roll
- Cashflow forecasts including what is due along with the residual payments due to us
- Accounts and Customer invoice queries on the phone
- Monitoring of bank balance and Overdraft facility
- Weekly overview meeting and to discuss invoices the business needs to pay
- Quarterly VAT return
- General Administration
- Hard worker with the capacity to enthusiastically take on new challenges
- Able to analyse data and generate comprehensive financial reports
- Highly organised and comfortable in managing your own workload with a variety of tasks
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- SAGE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively in order to meet deadlines
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Good interpersonal and strong team ethics
- Good communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written
- Ability to form relationships with a range of people
