• Establish clear reporting structures across business units, product categories and markets.
• Communicate findings in a way that supports effective decision-making.
Product-Line & Commercial Performance Analysis
• Analyse individual product lines, product families and ranges to determine performance, profitability and growth potential.
• Develop frameworks to track and measure success by product group, category and business area.
• Evaluate the impact of new manufacturing processes, operational changes and production methods.
• Analyse the effectiveness of point-of-sale displays and commercial initiatives.
Customer & Market Insight
• Build segmentation models to understand customers by region, type, buying behaviour, lifetime value and profitability.
• Produce insight on individual clients, customer groups and channels to support stronger commercial strategy.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks through detailed customer and market analysis.
ERP, Systems & Data Structure
Work within our ERP system to maintain strong data structures, consistent information flows and reliable reporting foundations.
• Improve processes relating to data capture, validation and workflow efficiency across departments.
• Act as a link between operations, accounts, procurement and manufacturing to ensure accurate, consistent information across the business.
Procurement, Stock & Cash Flow Analytics
• Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times and consumption trends to support forward-looking procurement decisions.
• Create tools to identify optimal reorder points and improve stock planning.
• Support cash flow modelling by analysing the relationship between stock, sales cycles and purchasing activity.
Collaboration Across Teams
• Work closely with the accounts team to align financial data with reporting needs and support planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operational, sales and manufacturing teams to ensure reporting reflects real-world processes and priorities.
Continuous Improvement & KPI Development
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy and reporting clarity across the business.
• Define and track KPIs that reflect performance across finance, operations, procurement, manufacturing and sales.
• Provide analytical insight that contributes to strategic planning and company growth.
What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Power BI including DAX, data modelling and visualisation.
• Good understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work with large datasets and build clear, reliable reporting frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness, particularly around product performance, margins, stock dynamics and manufacturing costs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex analysis for a broad audience.
• A proactive, curious problem-solver who’s comfortable building new processes and taking ownership.
