Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a growing SME client in their search for a Finance Manager on a 15 month Maternity contract.
Duties will include :
- Preparing P11Ds and submitting,
- Calculating Engineer's overtime and processing monthly.
- Processing and paying Payroll each month , including returns.
- Submitting pension data.
- Day to Day managing of the bank accounts and updating Sage Accordingly.
- Overseeing and supervising part time Accounts junior who's main duties include inputting purchase invoices.
- Preparing monthly accounts and submitting these to the directors.
- Submitting VAT returns.
- Using our job system to raise sales invoices for different customers and send these to them.
- Supplier Monthly Payments.
- CIS returns and issuing statements to subcontractors.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Company Credit Card Reconciliations.
- Liaising with the company accounts to produce quarterly accounts
- Answering Payment Queries from Customers
- Raising sales invoices
- Credit Control.
- Monthly Journals
