Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a company in Sutton who are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for someone who has at least one year experience within an administration/ customer service role.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to schedule initial work and updating records and internal databases
- Scheduling work for engineers
- Responding to emails and any telephone calls with clients, following up and maintaining relationships for future work
- Liaising across other departments as necessary
- Handling & resolving queries efficiently
- Providing administration duties such as assisting in invoice preparation
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Minimum 1 year experience of Customer Service and/or Administration
- Accuracy and attention to detail
